One Nation Under A Groove will feature posthumous work of one of the country’s leading abstract painters, John Hoyland, alongside the refined and vibrant minimalism of Rana Begum, as well as work from many other eminent and emerging artists. The exhibition will highlight how diverse backgrounds and shared experiences have contributed to the creation of a dynamic national culture, resulting in something to be both proud of and celebrated.
During the exhibition, the gallery will be transformed with a curated selection of installations and mixed media artworks that capture the essence of Britain's mixed and vibrant culture.
